Hypnosis dairy. Day 4
Got home early today from work. A little bit tired but it’s alright. I think I’m hooked to Shippy. The first thing I thought about when I got home was. I need to lay down and hear a new audio file. It’s getting easier and easier to fall into trance. I did the mistake of expecting something to happen rather than to just enjoy what would come my way. I’m definitely going to try and see if I can find specific audios from now on.
