Starting over sucks, it takes every thing out of you. You will have to rebuild new dreams, new relationships, a new vision of your self. it can seem over whelming. It is truly overwhelming. How ever think back, that 5 year relationship did that happen over night.. well in my case yes but for most no it takes time and no one should feel as tho they must do it all at once an all on there own.. Chip at it, what is most important to your life's goals. Once the grief lets go, it is time to stand up an start your journey down your new path.. May it be even more exciting an full of ups an downs as the last. May it be your final chapter, an if not.. Now you know how to do it again...
