Married straight but bi

I am the average 40~straight guy that's been married for years. Dad bod, bald and a beard, so not your typical out bi guy. I really want to explore my bisexual desires of being both top and bottom. I work all the time, don't have much of a social life and it's been 20 years since I've been in the dating/pickup scene so here I am trying to figure out how to do this without pissing anyone off because I'm new at this and haven't done it before.
