Tldr I took this creamer for my coffee out of my diet that I've been free pouring since forever and I went from almost 200 lbs to 187-190lbs.Roughly 185lbs is my goal so now I'm super close!! I've also been lightly gyming but there's no way a month of gym would do that with the 2hours a week I put in still figuring out how to not accidently end myself doing weighted squats.
Honestly with how coffee addicted I was till a few week ago, I wouldn't be surprised if that creamer wasn't like 90% of my sugar intake considering I had at least two cups a day with an unknown about of servings since I free poured it....
