Listening to really "feel good" music lets my mind find something to do. It's as if the song is telling me to go ahead and do it; although, I usually can't understand it as my tastes in music go beyond understanding. It's more feeling. I don't have to understand the language of a song to love it. The song just has to express a feeling, and true feeling. That's why I don't like this age of rap. There is no emotion behind it. No story, nothing interesting, just mumbling, sing-rapping, nonexistent words that all tie into money, bitches, alcohol, and drugs. I'm not asking for anything new, just something that has feeling behind it, whether it be arrogance or self-loathing, that feeling can paint a picture. And I can feel it. I'mon the cusp of some inspiration to do something, whether it be to better myself at drawing or compose a song. I don't know yet, but it might be something good if I don't lose it and expand on this feeling. Maybe tomorrow.
