Batman Armor Chest
Post Body

Someone how I got Batman Armor pecs recently. Beside cable crosses, this exercise is one of my ways to square out the under-titty (I do a lot of cable crosses too). It lifts the nipple up so it’s not sad and droopy. You get that nice sharp pec shadow in the sun. It’s a modified version of a tricep pushdown that targets the inserts/underbelly of the outer-lower pecs. Tilt your body back so there’s less pressure on your tris and more on your pecs. The emphasis should be on the apex of the contraction. I do some full reps as shown, but also a lot of “minis” at the top of the contraction too (like 20-30). It’s easy to overcompensate with your shoulders, arms and back though. So focus on contracting with your pecs as much as possible. Exhaling completely enhances the targeting effect. My energy transfer starts in my armpit, goes down through my rib cage and connects to my outer areola. There’s some push in my arms in that odd tender area between your inner bicep and inner tricep too. It feels weird honestly, like getting hit in the funny bone sometimes. Reduce weight as low as needed to target that whole energy pathway. But make it burn along that underline of your pecs. Trace the burn around where your bicep connects, down through the outside, and then around underneath your nipple. Side note, this is one of those exercises it’s hard not to make a dork face.
