We are a lifestyle couple formerly from Utah, that now resides in the South near Savannah Georgia. Here they call it the Coastal Empire or the Lowcountry, and yes we are just a few miles from the Murdaugh trials, if you follow podcasts.

We were in the lifestyle for 5 years in Utah, and ran groups and hosted regular parties for 4 years. We have been doing the same in Georgia for 2 years. This has grown to hotel room blocks, and full hotel takeovers. We are looking to expand to other cities we travel to like Jacksonville Florida, Charleston South Carolina, and Salt Lake City Utah. The intent is to grow is these areas into full hotel takeovers as well.

We are a licensed event business under P&L Events LLC and operate the lifestyle parties under Eroticatakeovers

We will always use the normal lifestyle sites to recruit new members, but have also opened it up to other sites like Reddit and Fetlife. Please understand due to the shady/thirsty nature of these free sites, our screening processes must be followed. No exceptions.

All parties MUST live verify via kik at Eroticatakeovers. If you do not have kik, a video can be sent with all parties saying “Erotica Verification” via text at 435-760-1091, or email [email protected] and please include your name that you will register under. These are not shared with anyone except us. Single Males must also provide references from other party hosts, or other site certifications. Private encounters do not count! We will only allow a very select few or none at all.
