Which I know I’m probably annoying AF. The last month has been a struggle, being sick for 60% of the last month will do that.

This may be weird to you, given how we connected but I consider you a close friend. I don’t let many people in, I have been abandoned or left behind by so many people I am reluctant to let people in, and honestly stopped.

Why? I know if you were to see this it would be your response, I couldn’t figure it out for months it plagued me. I mean there’s the obvious I have told you embarrassing or stupid things I have done and you remained. (I could ask why you remain, I am not what you were looking for)

But we get each other, in some ways we’re alike, in others we’re different. (I wish I had your steely resolve). But the ways we’re alike are key, I feel we get each other to a degree and not many people get me. Also you male smile, something which I haven’t done enough of. You have good taste in music, movies, tv shows, beer. Not to mention you’re super smart.

I don’t know if it’s being sick for so long or the time of year, I am feeling extra sentimental. I’ve also dealt with more shit this year, seriously since we met I’ve:

My sons autism/ADHD diagnosis The flu A cousin kill himself Severe anxiety Two complete shitty mis-reads of your emails Over advising you on your work situation My own brain scare (Which was nothing but I’ve still have mild vertigo and bouts of extreme pain) My moms Alzheimer’s diagnosis The return of my sisters cancer A bout with Covid Whatever the shit I had this week was

You’ve had your share of shit during all this, I know I will never find out, but I like to think I made you at least smile. (Christ I better have or I deserve to have my balls stomped in)
