Unfortunately I don’t have an organization to recommend. This Yoga class, I created in my neighborhood ( I live on a Golf Course Community in St. George, Utah, where the majority are Seniors). They had showed interest in yoga, so I went and got my certification, and created the class for them. There is a site called Just Serve, which you can look into. The VA unfortunately is horrible with trying to volunteer. I tried that too, but because I wasn’t vaxed, they said no. That was in Vegas though, when I lived there.

Thank you so much! I’m sorry I’ve been MIA on here a lot. I started volunteering to teach yoga classes for my community, and I’ve gotten so busy. But it is the best feeling being able to help people. Especially because my students are Senior Citizens, so helping them with their balance, movement, energy and strength is so important. I obviously don’t charge to teach them, I just want to give back. That’s the most rewarding feeling.
