Hello. If you were active on r/Despacitospiders, you may have noticed the complaints about how I am not the creator of Despacito Spider, and I will explain everything. Whether you believe me or not is completely up to you.

As much as I want to explaining what happened and why I did this, no one will believe me. People are a lot tougher behind a screen and can be very mean. MasonSquier is the creator of the meme. I am not him, that was a lie. All I did was take the original picture with my phone camera and upload it to Discord. He is the creator because he uploaded it online first, and I am just a liar who claimed to be him because I wanted people to like it. This was before I found out you can’t view accounts on Safari Mobile. I discovered his disturbing posts and just let it go. But he came back and he debunked me. He is right about one thing. I am not him. But I know the rest and I’ll leave you with this...

Edit: So MasonSquier is now sending me death threats in dms telling me to kill myself. He says that I used an app to “change the date” of the picture. I didn’t even know they had that until now. And at first I did not care but now I am genuinely stressed and anxious about this.

He is a bad person and he does drugs so I wouldn’t really listen to him if I were you. Drugs are really bad and can cause you to do horrible things. Just look at his Imgur account for god’s sake he literally posts pictures of illegal drugs. Don’t listen to this man. He is right that I am not him. But he is not right about everything else. I can’t go one day now without feeling so anxious up to the point that I can’t focus on anything. I’m really starting to lose faith and the least you can do is believe me. I’m sorry.
