As you can see, the tape says this went through customs at UPS.
And as I already said, my only chance for they to believe me is that they probably have damaged other packages at the exact same depth while opening them.
My current theory is that they use a tool or machine that opens boxes at the same depth every time. Why? Because the cut in the diapers is parallel to the box’s edge. I’m not sure about other circumstances and I’m curious about if I order again, will they get damaged in a similar way?
