I used to kinda hate this place.

Lately, there have been some days and nights that feel like the first time I’ve had fun in years. My heart has been heavy with so many big things. For so long, honestly, but so much more lately. It’s difficult to try and explain the level of loss. Distractions have been so welcome.
I don’t think the holes in me will ever mend, but maybe I can find moments along the way to stop feeling and forget about them, even if only for that one sliver in time.
