This experience is designed to maximize relaxation through touch. A full body rubdown that will help you find peace and tranquility in your day.

With your breath I will guide you on how to clear your mind of all distractions. With my hands, I will provide you a level of full-body intimate touch that ranges from fingertips gently caressing your skin to firm pressure that will put you deeper into relaxation. With your mind cleared you can focus on the sound of relaxing music while enjoying the feelings and sensations that come from this sort of body stimulation .

As the session comes to an end and all stress has been released, I will leave you to rest and enjoy the dopamine and oxytocin flowing through you as you lay in a semi lucid state of sleep.
