Breathe DEEP~ sounds so simple but it really isn’t (read below)

Many individuals go through their day breathing so shallow it reflects on their body… then mind. I’d like to say; most feel anxious due to never taking the time to just breathe…. Deep. This is why I love to incorporate 😤😮‍💨😶‍🌫️breath work into the mix. Due to many not breathing right, it can be such a tedious thing to stay consistent at. Especially when there’s edge & prolonged sensational moments in the pleasure chamber.

Breathing is the best way to let go & detoxify yourself from blockages & strain. Being able to go deeper into a relaxing state of mind.. bringing REAL sensations to the table.

Society is used to being overstimulated with music, vices, technology, etc.

I take you away from that & take you to a magickal place. Ground yourself ✨🪄✨ Your present moment is the best place.. to be able to get to know yourself, be at peace, & be 1000% in your body. Through breathe… you can push thoughts away that come in.. but still acknowledge them for later introspections.
