Hello! I wanted to do a little post to update you guys on my progress with my story, my plans going forward, and all that fun stuff!

So first of all, I absolutely plan to continue Who Needs Willpower, despite the huge gap in chapters! Life stuff has made writing and drawing a much slower process, and it's been very evident with how inactive I've become. However, I do not wish to let that continue indefinitely, and have been working to try and combat this!

Recently I have been putting a lot of effort into fixing up my Patreon. A need for outside income limits the amount of time I can produce content, so I've been trying to create ways of mitigating that need. Chapters 10 and 11 are actually up on my Patreon right now, and although I plan to release them publicly in the future, the rate at which I will release them will be much slower.

When it comes to art, I also plan to release more art to Patreon than I do publicly. Although I absolutely love to release my art publicly (since your guys' enjoyment of it is one of the driving factors for why I create it in the first place), keeping some art exclusive to Patreon might help me spend less time on work I don't wanna do, and more time on making content for you guys. Which who knows, maybe that shift will result in more publicly released content anyways!

Whether you subscribe or not, I have been posting unique art for free to my Patreon page regardless! Patreon has a folder system, which allows me to sort my art by tags, which I think has very exciting possibilities going forward! I still want to create a full universe with my characters, and as the amount of content grows, being able to sort by a favorite character or storyline seems like it could be awesome! So even if you have no intention of subscribing, please feel free to use the public aspects of my Patreon! I think it will end up being a cooler system than my reddit page.

Some of the public images posted to my Patreon are what I like to call "character cards." Think of them like stat sheets, or snapshots into individual characters at a given place in time. I decided to make these for two reasons. Firstly, I think it could be cool to make these periodically to show a character's progression. But secondly, I have noticed some of my art posted as premises on roleplay subreddits. This is maybe one of the most flattering and exciting things I've seen when it comes to community interaction, and I wanted to do something to support that (albeit most likely quite small) portion of my viewers! This would offer character sheets that could be posted, showing stats of the characters, interests, kinks, etc. There's a very real possibility no one would want to use them for that purpose, but if even one person thinks they are cool and they augment their roleplaying experience, then that makes it worth it!

The last main benefit I really wanna mention is the potential for interaction with me and my universe. I plan on posting polls, and letting my subscribers vote on which characters storyline you guys want progressed, or potential interactions between characters, possible stories I might write besides Who Needs Willpower, and much more! I'm also giving a discount to subscribers on any and all commissions you guys might have!
