The very first provision of the constitution of FWCD states "The FWCD is a safe space for all; none shall be discriminated against based on race, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnicity, disabilities, or religious creed." Although I believe we Danzilonans follow this perfectly, this may have been an overlooked principle when it comes to our foreign policy. In line with Pythius's own words in the post he made on the eve of becoming Foreign Minister last November, I believe using our soft power to battle bigotry across the server should be a higher priority than it has been.

A good place to start in our crusade against bigotry is close to home. Should this proposal pass, the Eyes of Danzilona-in conjunction with REDI and DMNT- will be mandated with the following:

• An audit of our allies and close partners, specifically those in Alenarith, assessing any potential bigotry found within their society and especially their leadership. The audit will aim to find if any bigotry is present, and if it is, it will assess its forms, intensity, genuity, and pervasiveness within that nation. Similarly, the audit should also assess the same of a nation's anti-bigotry measures.

• The results of the aforementioned audit shall be released no later than one month after this bill passes. It must be released privately to the Danzilonan citizenry on both discord (#peoples-coalition) and our private subreddit, /r/NewDanzilona.

• A pride flag of DIAMOND's choosing must be displayed alongside the Danzilonan flag on any public building, including Danzilonan embassies.

• FWC Danzilona shall engage in radical listening of minority communities found on CivMC to craft a strategy for inclusion that shall be proposed in Phase 2 of this policy. The Seer shall do so for minority communities outside of Danzilona, and the DLC shall do so for within Danzilona.
