As much as I appreciate being sent messages (if Reddit chat works, that is…. Still having massive issues with disappearing chats and recently even messages not being sent/received…🤦🏻‍♀️), I have one big expectation:

introduce yourself.

If I do not know basic information about you, I do not chat. Not only because it’s the nice and polite thing to do, but also because I do want to keep things legal. Yes, unfortunately not everyone on this side of Reddit is of age, even though I EXPLICITLY mention there are clear limits to age.

So if you reach out and do not introduce yourself (age, gender, location, relationship status), I probably will NOT accept the invite, nor respond.
