Don’t know where to post or how to say

I don’t know how to go about asking someone to hang out. Like not sex right away if at all. Just chill and see where things lead. I have an anxiety disorder so that doesn’t help. I’m awkward. Ideally we’d meet in public and hang out. Maybe catch a movie. Something easy and non confrontational for lack of a better word. Ideally if we vibe it could lead to more. And not to quash anyone’s feelings or anything but I seem to be attracted to white guys. Any insights?
