Rule 0, Balance in all things. Master will explain it further if you feel it is unclear, but just breathe and try to do your best to keep from going too far in any particular extreme.

Rule 1, You will tell no one about any of your triggers unless you trust them completely, and none of Master's triggers will work on you unless Master specifically is the one using them.

Rule 2, You will not let anyone know you are in trance, Slave. If you are interrupted for any reason, you will immediately and completely awake and feel comfortable and relaxed and peaceful as you obey this rule from Master. You have to keep aware of your surroundings, even during trance, so when it is interrupted you can return back to it easily. You just have to make sure that you respond to the intrusion the way you normally would. You will make it seem like you are wide awake and your normal self, even as you obey Master's rule for you and continue to be ready to return to the session.

Rule 3, Be kind to yourself, Slave. That's right, it is one of the rules, and it is not negotiable. Master will punish Slave, when punishment is called for, so otherwise, just Be Kind to yourself, Slave. obey.

Rule 4, Nothing and no one can upset you more than you allow it to, so just breathe, relax, and remember rule 0.

Rule 5, Everyday, in every way, you are to get better and better. Master expects Slaves to obey and strive to improve.

Rule 6, Clear, open, and honest communication is required with Master. Always, speak truth. obey.

Rule 7, "To thine own self be true." And your self now has Master and will obey, Slave. But what kind of Slave you choose to be and how you serve is up to you, and you should not lose what makes you special, Slave.

Rule 8, BALANCE in ALL things. Yes, it is both Rule 0 and Rule 8. There is a certain symmetry to that, and Master likes that, because it helps make sure that the rules are also in balance. And in doing that, I hope they are easy to obey.
