Today I (38m) had to go for a consultation with a Urologist after being referred by my GP for some symptoms that suggested I may have a prostate issue. FYI I’m a married straight guy 38yo. He explained that he would do a complete check of my urinary system, so prostate, ultrasound, urinalysis flow test etc. I like how “matter of fact” Dr’s are, he had me lie on they table, and pull my wants down to my thighs. Now I have a bit of an exhibitionist kink, so my heart was racing a bit (I wasn’t aroused tho), he’s a 68yo man. He used his gloves hands to feel all around my abdomen for any lumps, swelling etc. then he lifted my balls and felt underneath them and rolled each between us thumb and first 2 fingers. Then he asked if I roll my foreskin back every day to clean and mentioned it’s seems a little tight (it is, I can’t roll it back when I am erect), while asking he held my penis with one hand and rolled it back. It was quite cold and I wasn’t in anyway aroused so it was showing smaller than usual which I found a little embarrassing. Then he asked me to roll on my side and pull my knees up. So I was lying on my left side with my knees up (kinda in a seated position but lying on my side) I felt him rub some lube on my asshole and place his left hand on my hip and then slide a finger in me and I think he then twisted it to point to my front, I couldn’t help but let out a grunt and then he pulled out. I then went back to lying on my back and he put gel on my abdomen and used the ultra-sound so check prostate size, bladder and kidneys. He then used some paper towels to wipe most of the gel/lube away and left me to clean myself up.

Luckily I got the all clear, nothing wrong.

But I already have bit of a exhibitionist kink, also a SPH fetish (I’m 5.5” so not actually small but still) also the thought of being sexually humiliated turns me on. So after that exam, I found myself thinking about it a lot.and now thinking back to it I am definitely aroused. The Dr was very professional and I’m obviously great full for that and his assessment that I am “all clear” in that regard.

But I’m now conflicted/embarrassed at how aroused I am at a 68yo man giving me a medical exam.
