The best combination, Adderall and oxy instant release what are you guys choosing and if you had only one option to take the Adderall or the OXY, what are you taking and why me the oxy even though the Adderall really does help the ADHD the comedown is absolute shit and awesome. I can snort the oxy lol I can’t do that with the extended release plus money Adderall isn’t really fun. I would rather just take it as a pill even if it’s the IR version.
