For my neck I do barbell shrugs on the smith machine.. I start off with two plates on each side and work my way up to five plates on each side and after I do my last set I do a drop set so it immediately when I get done with my sixth set a strip off of 45 off of each side as many as I can strip off another 45 do as many as I can and keep doing that till I get back down to two plates on each side... It's very taxing but when I work out I'll go hard as fuck I make noises I talk to myself all kinds of shit lol... as far as I have touched any kind of pressing movements in over a year because of a sharp pain in my shoulder so I just do cable flies.. I do like five sets concentrating on my upper five or six sets to my middle and then the same to my lower portion of my chest and just like above on my last set of each one I do a drop set... whatever I don't ever see anybody as hard as I do and I'm 50 years old but my age to grow I guess you got to. But that's what I do for traps and chest
