I crushed a two-hour pull day at the gym today! Started with reverse curls and bicep curls, then moved into Kroc rows. Doubled down on biceps with the machine, and finished strong with machine rows and single-arm cable rows. The focus was all on biceps and back, and Iā€™m seeing serious progress. Staying consistent with creatine and increasing my protein intake has been a total game changer.
