Well, engaged to be engaged!! We know we're going to marry each other and my oartner has always been clear that they want me to ask them in provate before doing a public proposal (if that was the route i wanted to go) (it was). I told them an idea I've been floating and they were SUPER into it so I was like "but you still want me to ask beforehand in private if this is what I end up doing, yeah?" and they paused for a moment and were like "well we know we're going to marry each other... so what if... we just plan this for next year...? ...... Do you wanna be engaged next year...?" My hear skipped a fucking beat. I said "yes, ... do you?..." and they said YES!!!!!!! IM SO FUCKING EXCITED!!!!!!!!!! We're each going to propose to each other so we can pick out each others rings and you can bet your ass that I'm going to spend the next year making sure everything goes perfectly 💛💛💛
