Club Dalliance - First Time Questions

My wife and I are planning to attend Club Dalliance for the first time this Saturday, and we are looking for dress code suggestions.

From those that have attended, what is the dress like? I’m sure and easy answer is a little bit of everything, but how are the majority of people dressed? We’ve attended clubs before where the expectation was to arrive in nice evening attire and then change into your sexier clothing after arriving. Another club was normal street clothes downstairs, and lingerie or less upstairs.

Also, how does one integrate the nights theme into their clothing choices? Like this weekend is Neon Glow. So would the majority go all in on that theme or just use it as a accent to their normal dress.
