This is a little different from any other singing post I've made, mainly because there's instrumental accompaniment and it's not just my voice. Perhaps I should explain:
Roomies and I went to a friend's house about a year ago to hang out and drink. (Friend is agoraphobic so the sudden cessation of people being able to safely visit was hitting him pretty hard.) We all had some drinks and friend broke out his guitar, as he is wont to do when he drinks. After a few songs it occurred to me that I should record one, so I did. He played, and we both sang, and my significantly more inebriated roomie stumbled into the dining room toward the end to be a little obnoxious.
But a good time was had by all, and I just felt like sharing a bit of that energy and joy with y'all.
Lighten up while you still can
Edited to add: I know my pitch is off in places, but I'd like to remind you there was alcohol involved and also if that bothers you then you should probably not listen to any of my singing. 😂
