Progress update. 39 pushups today!

I’m down two notches in my belt. My self-image is up. My ability to focus is up. My libido is WAY…ahem…up. Most of all I feel great. I was able to do 39 straight pushups this morning. Let me know your thoughts as you look back over my journey from the last couple of months.
