My 6-week jumpstart was done and now I’ve moved to Planet Fitness and have been going 4-5 times per week. It’s definitely not as intense as CrossFit but I’m still getting exercise which is the most important thing. I’ve also started a push up challenge for myself. I started the month at 10 pushups and I am adding one more per day and so by then end of the month I should be at 40 . Maybe I’ll keep going into December. Covid knocked me out for a few days this week but I’ve still seen some progress. If you catch this post, give me your feedback.
