Washi Tape and where to buy it
Post Body

Washi Tape and some suggestions on where to buy it and what to look for.

Helpful hints - always look at the length info whenever buying washi because sometimes the rolls are puny so even if the price is cheap it ends up not being a good deal. Also, on amazon be sure to read reviews - Iโ€™ve avoided buying non-sticky washi several times this way.

There's also a lot out there by indie artists that are fun! Natalie Andrewsons art I've always loved so I'm picking up her washis. Indie rolls tend to be 4-6 in price (plus shipping) but it is fun to have a roll not readily available and indie rolls have always been thick in my experience (as in length not tape width).

Washi Tape Shopping Suggestions

JoAnne Fabrics --

Michaels -- (sales all the time though and 20 percent coupons you can get online)

Hobby Lobby --

Walmart --

AliExpress --

Daiso --

Amazon --

Facebook Marketplace -- Buy/Sell/Trade groups

Paperhouseproductions.com -- (Sales = rolls as cheap as $1 - $5)

Etsy --

Dollar Tree --

Ebay --

Dollarama -- but I found the adhesive was iffy so not sure if I will try their other ones or not.

Shein.com -- (Washi comes from China and is super cheap but sometimes the quality or amount of washi isnโ€™t that great)

thewashitapeshop.com -- pricey but really beautiful washi ((note that their original designs are excellent, but they also resell some that can be ones bought for a lot cheaper on aliexpress. These are the ones shown in boxes, usually with Chinese writing on package))
