Dieting TW:Â I want to lose a few extra kilos for my birthday in January to feel better and healthier. - Yes, online discipline works for me. It's all about submitting mentally first. It is a real need of mine, I can't deny it.
- Yes, self-spanking is not as effective as being spanked by someone else (so I've been told). At the moment, it's the only safe option to explore my kink. I had some tough experiences, so my trust issues are pretty bad. Due to that, no pics/videos. Definitely not until we build trust and you are willing to share yours too.
- Orgasm control might be effective, denial didn't work too well for me. With my fairly high libido, denial just made me miserable. Not in a fun way.
- I own a variety of implement and toys. I even purchased two anal hooks but didn't get a chance to train long enough to use them.
- I tried figging too.
My hard limits:
- public play/nudity, being plugged outside, stuff like that
- breast hitting, torture
- extreme stretching/fisting
- blood, scat, watersports
- bruises, permanent/long-term damage (I like spankings ending with my butt bright red, but soon looking back to normal, just feeling toasty)
Right now, I'm on my healing and self-improvement journey. I do yoga daily, eat healthier, and follow an adequate bedtime routine. I do want to find a firm guiding hand to help me on this path.
In the past, some spanking therapy along with anal discipline helped me reduce anxiety and improve well-being overall.
