Warm up was a 20min walk and 10 min jog - 5mi at 5mph and the. Each subsequent minute bumped up by 0.1mph
Pull-up, burpees, wall ball squats, and butterfly sit-ups @ 2x10
Lat raise, front raise, bent over fly, outward shoulder rotations, and raised shoulder rotations superset 2@10 with 10lb weight
Hammer curls superset w/ tri ext 2x10 30lb curl, 40 and 50lb tri ext
