Booking RKOBRO - Glory Ride
Post Body

Monday Night RAW - July 12th, 2021

Similar to a couple of weeks ago, RKOBRO are seen warming up backstage, but this time they are doing so together. With pure redemption in both of their eyes, it all comes down to this evening's events, but stressing about their reality tonight would come well before reaching the ring, as the current RAW Tag Team Champions interrupt their routinely preparation. Styles starts off by stating that RKOBRO have no chance at gaining a victory tonight, and even if they do, they will fall just like they did last month at the Money In The Bank PPV. He proceeds to continously laugh, before walking away with Omos, both of their championship belts around their waists, walking out of the frame.

RKOBRO vs. The New Day - RAW Tag Team Championships #1 Contender Match

In the #1 Contendership Match between RKOBro and The New Day, the two teams would go all out in their attempts to win a shot at the Raw Tag Team Championships. Orton would insist on taking the reigns in the match from Riddle, refusing to tag in The Original Bro for most of the match as he tried to face Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods all on his lonesome. Orton would be surprisingly able to succeed at this for a good amount of the match but a The New Day would eventually be able to get the upper-hand back in the match and use quick tags back and forth to grind down Orton and keep an advantage in the match. But Orton would be able to hit a big Powerslam on Kingston and be able to reach Riddle for the hot tag! Riddle would come in with a house of fire, taking out both Kofi and Xavier, and would actually be able to pick up the win for his team, hitting a HUGE BRODEREK onto Woods and earning the win for his team!

Monday Night RAW - July 19th, 2021

The following week, both teams take part in side-by-side video confrontation, where they are given the time to make their claim before RKOBro/Styles & Omos II. The challengers would take the stage initially, as Riddle began to state that this opportunity is something they can't take for granted, last time they did the opposite, they walked out with their heads held down, and title-less in the process. However, this time will be completely different, unlike their previous bout, they will be able to co-exist throughout the duration of the contest, and use that crucial difference to aid them to a victory. However, when it's time for Orton to speak to the public, he decides to not say anything openly, but rather shake his head in disgust and whisper "you better hope so".

In response, it's time for the champions to make their inevitable claims, in-which Styles decides to speak for his respective duo. He starts off by stating that RKOBRO can lie to themselves all they want, but all they have to do is look back on the past couple of months, they haven't got along since day one, and that won't suddenly change because of some common interest. They did somehow earn this opportunity though, so they can atleast try, but it will just end like last time, as they walk backstage in despair. While he eels as he has nothing to prove, in-order to shut up his challengers for good this time, he wants to pin them twice, to prove exactly who the more superior tag team truly is, in a... TWO OUT OF THREE FALLS MATCH!

Monday Night RAW - August 2nd, 2021

With a week passing by since the Extreme Rules PPV, the new RAW Tag Team Champions, RKOBRO make their way out from the back, as the WWE faithful welcome them with an enormous ovation. Now in the ring, they would begin to talk about the past couple of months, and how a common enemy brought them together and it all culminated last night. However, "The Biggest Party Of The Summer" is quickly approaching in about four weeks, which means they need their first challengers, but before they could continue with this statement, they were quickly interrupted. As teams such as Lucha House Party, Viking Raiders, & RETRIBUTION began to make claims for their own agendas.

All three of them had one similar point, none of these duos have had a shot at the RAW Tag Team Titles as of yet, and want a chance to prove their worth ahead of SummerSlam. Before anything can get out of control though, RAW GM Adam Pearce makes his way out from the back, as he states that he agrees with all of these statements, and RKOBro do need challengers for those titles in four weeks. So in two weeks, these three teams will go to battle in a #1 Contendership Match, and the winners will go on to Sumerslam to contend for those very titles.

Monday Night RAW - August 9th, 2021

With only a week away from discovering their challengers, RKOBRO take to the ring for the second straight week, as they begin talking what their future entails. While they do believe any three of the duos that potentially await them are threats to their title reign, they won't be able to get past them at SummerSlam. Even with all of this said, it doesn't stop the challengers from making their presences known, as they begin to circle the ring, threatening the champions in the process. And as they all rush inside the ring, they begin to ambush RKOBRO, as an early message to the champions have clearly been made here! Once they were out of the equation, the three teams that meet next week, would have a stare off to close the segment.

Monday Night RAW - August 16th, 2021

Lucha House Party vs. Viking Raiders vs. RETRIBUTION - RAW Tag Team Championships #1 Contendership

This one is an absolute war, as these three teams put some of their best work forth in months, but obviously only one team is able to advance to the SummerSlam PPV. Knowing this, The Viking Raiders gain control early, using their immense strength to their advantage, and for the majority of the contest it continues this way. And with that, their confidence began increase aswell, which can be incredibly dangerous aswell, which was showcased when multiple minor errors began to shine through for the challengers. Which ultimately led to the final moments of this contest, where both Dominick Dijakovik & Dio Maddin successfully earn a Tag Team title shot at SummerSlam!
