Here’s an overview of why I’m here, and my photoshoot process, sort of a “what to expect”, if you will.

About me: I’m Male, 39, and I’ve been in the photography scene for a few years now. Here in the past year, I have started getting into the boudoir/erotic photography niche and have grown to really love the entire process. I’ve had some really great sessions and have been able to produce a lot of high-quality shots for the models I have shot with so far.

The reason I don’t charge for these photo sessions is really pretty simple: I’m working toward the quality and status of a professional in this field, and while I feel like I’m really close to achieving that, I’m still refining the aspects of my photography such as posing, lighting, and post-shoot editing/retouching. That being said, I think my work so far does speak for itself, and does have value.

Photo shoot details:

I do not have studio space to do photo sessions. The shoots I have done so far have been in people’s homes and apartments or rented hotel rooms/air bnb’s. So if you’re not comfortable doing the shoot in your own personal space, which I completely understand, there are still options! There are even studio spaces that can be rented by the hour, usually with a two-hour minimum should you choose to go that route. (While I’m totally fine doing the shoots in rented spaces like this, please know that the rental cost will fall to you. However, compared to a full photoshoot with a traditional photographer, the cost still pales in comparison.)

I’m also available to meet in public either directly before the shoot or sometime in advance should you like to actually meet me and talk in person. This is not required by any means but I’m more than willing to do it if it might make you more comfortable.

For the actual shoot itself, we will begin by talking a little while I get setup to determine exactly what you are looking to get in the images, and go over pose ideas, outfits or lack thereof, props, moods, and things of that nature. If you’ve never done a shoot before, or don’t know exactly what you’re wanting, that’s ok! I can pose and light you a few different ways and you can see what you like.

From there, we jump into the shoot. The entire process typically takes 1.5-2 hours from start to finish. I’ll take the ideas we talk about and direct you from there, going through all the poses and looks you want.

Afterward, I’ll take the raw shots and go into post-shoot editing, I will crop and retouch all of the photos I can. My goal for each shoot is to get at least 50 finished edits to deliver to you, but usually I can get well over that amount. My turnaround time on photo editing is typically just a few days, at which point I will send you a link with all of the photos in a file folder.

I will select a small set of photos that I will ask permission to use as part of my portfolio, but it is entirely up to you whether I use them or not. Any of the photos I select will either be cropped or blurred to conceal faces or anything else that might identify you to maintain your discretion. If you’re not comfortable with your photos being included in my portfolio, I completely respect that and they will not be used at all.

The photos are 100% your property, I do not have any rights to them at all unless you grant me permission to use them. I do have an NDA I can bring along and am more than happy to sign to reinforce that promise as well.

For clarification, there isn’t a hidden hookup attempt here, and I do not appear in front of the camera at all (that’s not why I’m here, and I’m also not particularly photogenic either).
