If I wasn’t blessed maybe it would be a different story. But I’ve also been working on my body for 20 plus years along with consistent health habits.

Not only physically but emotionally, psychologically, and mentally. I’m far from perfect but I have an aim. When you have an aim you can mobilize in the right direction.
