anyone else having issues with snapchat banning them? i’ve been banned now twice, the first time was accidentally posting something on my story which was intended for a private story, then fast forward to a new account, on a new phone, i was again banned and i never even posted on there once. i only accepted friend requests and responded to messages.

looking for alternatives while i wait on the shitty support staff at snap, inc. to respond but it looks like i’m going to have to bring this to arbitration. it’s insane how quick they are to ban, with no warning, no one reaching out just automatic permanent ban with little to no ability of trying to reach a resolution after.

if anyone has any recommendations on any alternative platforms bc, this is the second time i’ve lost contacts that i was really interested in connecting randomly due to the platform.
