With how the sky was always blocked with clouds, it was hard to tell what time of day it was. The only real tell was that the night was louder. Myth City was home to every creature, spirit and demon given physical form. It was a city of the future complete with neon lights and technology far beyond one’s imagination. Yet somehow it was still the grand hub of criminal activity. Violence, drugs and other crime lay out of control with barely any authority figure to stop it. It was as if every street corner sat a sketchy club or bar where loud music distracted everyone from the exchange of services happening just behind closed doors. It’s in these dwellings that our protagonists called home.

Hello everyone! Today I have a character concept and setting I wish to share with you all and hopefully find a partner to plan out a plot with. To get the boring stuff out of the way first, I prefer third person perspective and write between 2-3 paragraphs per post. I’d like if my partner could match that. I would also like if my partner could come with their own ideas to share. An RP is more fun when we both throw our ideas in and create something special. I have zero limits so feel free to get as creative as possible.

As written above, this RP would take place in a sketchy futuristic city populated with mythological creatures as well as some humans. Think of cyberpunk but orcs, elves, goblins etc. I was recently inspired by a piece of art I saw that blew me away. This art was of a character I’d like myself and my partner to play. We’d be playing a pair of Oni twins that share a body (Pictured below). The details we can hammer out in planning but they’d be all caught up in the crime world. I’d be playing my character as female. My partner is free to play any gender and also change the appearance of our character’s body!
