They had done it! He who shall not be named had been defeated and with it not only came a unity but also a weight lifted from Wizard society as a whole. The Dark Arts would always exist of course but often it wasn’t on the scale of He Who Shall Not Be Named. However the end came with it’s own problems.

Justified or not because of the war students not just from Hogwarts but from schools all over the world had suffered from an educational standpoint. Certain accommodations were made where they could be. Nobody could argue Harry had the talents and aptitude to be an Auror and Hermione had proven she was qualified to teach at Hogwarts long before her 7th year ever came around. They in turn helped others where they could. Hermione helping Neville get a job as the Herbology professor. However not everyone would have such luck. Rather than disenfranchise an entire generation of students around the Wizarding world a plan was devised. An international school was founded with a similar structure to Hogwarts, a school that would allow for any student 18 and up to enroll if they were found to have suffered from an educational standpoint. Their previous record expunged and they would be allowed to start from the point their education had been impacted and retake the necessary exams including O.W.L’s and N.E.W.T’s. The first class at this new academy was about to walk through its doors for the very first time and I am one of those students.

Hey! So as explained above I want to play out a role play set in the world of Harry Potter. I always was curious about what was done about the students who were impacted by Voldemort and the Battle of Hogwarts. I also wanted to know why exactly a university was never discussed in the books as surely even in the world of magic some jobs would require more than a high school level education. I decided rather than wait for an answer I would make my own. I am open to suggestions for the actual functions of the school and how classes are determined. One thing that will be unavoidable is some of the more…erotic things college aged wizards can get up to. I’m sure they can be extremely creative!
