For background info, this is wood fired, no propane. I add a blower to get the fire hot enough to melt aluminum cans. This came from a 50 ballon helium tank on bulk collection a few months ago in February. Right now im trying to upgrade it to make it better than my smaller foundry, like adding a better air intake hole, a tube near the top of the crucible be(not shown in the picture, but it essentially lets me drop the cans in perfectly so i dont have to remove the lid otherwise drop any cans in the fire by mistake), also not completed yet but I need to weld some metal wire braces with some 3/16in wire to prevent warping of the foundry overtime. So yeah, might have a big melt with like a 1000 cans( right now have a black trashbag with just crushed cans)
