I won't bore you with the numbers. I'm stuck in 2 different mind frames. Is it better to pay a home loan off as fast as possible. Having to work a ridiculous amount and having no spending money for which would still be years. Or, pay off minimum repayments and work alot less live life and enjoy yourself. I think of all the years I'll save paying it off fast then think of the years I'll waste at work so then start to think, who cares how much I owe, as long as the property market is strong so I've got some equity anyway but then I think of all the extra interest I'll be charged.
