I used to think there was a secret rule to being a #GFD or good domme. I thought I had to rule with an iron fist and show compassion here and there… I often had subs coming to me, not knowing me as a domme or a person, but just wanting someone to fufill their fantasies with no contributions to the kink relationship.

I thought that’s just how things went. After some research and a good palatable sub. I’ve come to realize that being a good domme means that you know what makes your sub dance while also controlling the sound of the music. I have a sub that will do anything for me and I give daily tasks, rewards, and punishments. He is like a puppy and I’m the trainer, I’m mommy and he’s the baby, our connection is so beautiful. There’s a layer of vulnerability that’s unspoken and I take solace in that as a domme.

All in all; find a good sub, do your research, and have boundaries.
