This is an issue that is not something I can fix on my end. The links are accessible by the majority of people but some are having issues. I have no control over this. But there's ways that it can be fixed on your end.

Here's a list of things to try: 1. Copy link to another browser 2. Open the link in another telegram account 3. Use a free VPN (you may be geo locked by your government if you live in certain countries. Russia has been known to do this for example.) 4. Clear browser cache & data 5. Restart your device. 6. Use telegram desktop version. 7. Clear telegram cache & data

See picture in the comments. This is how all my links are set up. If anyone has any methods that I can try on my end, let me know. Otherwise, there's nothing I can do on my end to fix it.
