It has mostly been the ones who reach out to me, after I make a post. They tell me they’re interested. We chat. Maybe share pics. Start to chat about ideas for when/where/how. Then they just disappear. Out of nowhere.

Did someone else catch their attention? Did they get cold feet? Did they forget they were having this convo, and not go back on Reddit ever again? Did they have a serious life altering crisis mid conversation?

Just would be nice to at least get closure or explanation or anything, if someone changes their mind abruptly. It’s weird to be in limbo wondering “what just happened?”

I think it’s happened 4 or 5 times in the past month or so. I keep wondering “what could I have said or done wrong?” I try to be so easygoing with it all, I just can’t figure it out.

Just needed to vent I guess.
