Got to have some time down by the North Saskatchewan River. It was very peaceful and tranquil.
The river was so low and dry at places, I was able to cross to the island across from my usual meditation spot.
I was able to walk around what is area actually covered by the river in normal circumstances. I even got to make my way to the middle of where the river usually is.
My adventures and meditations went very well. It has been a good day!! #grateful
