Sup,
I'm almost at 1,000 followers which is freakin amazing. Thank you for following and enjoying my work. Really means a lot! Like, you have no idea lol.
Recently, I've been debating putting up music again. I've been doing periodic demos, working on songs and what not. I'd like to put out an album/mixtape or whatever purely for the sake of having it out at some point just for people on here. Expressing yourself is good for your soul and I definitely feel the love here so it might be nice. My stuff is heavier and the best way to describe it is Nu-Metal but it's a lot of different influences (Action Bronson, Kanye up to MBDTF, My Chemical Romance, Rage Against the Machine, Spiritbox, Ashnikko, System of a Down). I don't like sharing but this platform has given me some confidence to think "hey maybe I don't suck that bad at stuff" and its really nice and I appreciate it.
I've been busy recently but I do still have audios lined up. I'm still debating reposting some things with little tweaks here and there but I've been very busy recently so who knows when/if I'll get to that.
I just want to leave with some words of advice I wish I would of heard sooner in my life and something to look at when I feel negative my damn self.
You have been through enough. If it was enough to hurt you, make you sad, traumatize you or harm you in any way it is legitimate. The way you feel about those things are valid and there is nothing wrong with the way you process those things. Don't be mad at yourself and embarrassed because you broke an egg in anger. Don't let the way people treat you and apparently think of you effect the way you see yourself. You are a warrior. You are a fighter. You are someone who is strong and apart of being strong is admitting you're scared. Strong people ask for help when they need it. Strong people take a leap of faith when they want to and step back off the diving board when they need to. You don't owe anyone anything. You owe yourself. You owe yourself love. You owe yourself forgiveness. You owe yourself the care and admiration that you spend most of your time pouring into other people. You deserve to be your own biggest fan. Go you.
Do a little dance for one thing you accomplished today. Celebrate the little things. I send digital high fives.
