Alright, gather around Reddit bros! We got the most realistic outcome of a slutty manifesto gone wrong. Here are the biggest updates so far:

-I'm married and we're his landlord

-When we interviewed him to rent, we both thought he was attractive

-He moved in a year ago right when we bought the house

-Our lives lowkey had to revolve around him because we can't just have sex at 4 pm or whenever

-As a student, his schedule is not consistent and he goes out to drink at the bar w/friends twice a week

-He probably spends 80-90% of his time on campus & the commute is from our home kind of a hassle

-His friends can't hang out at our house cus of the commute (no cars)

-We (husband and I) have been on/off open relationship for many years

-We were planning on finding a female college student to become our 2nd roommate who would be interviewed with the opportunity of reduced rent

-We want to try to be as fair as possible as we are not into cucking or humiliation so we want to have a separate partner for each of us

-I think I went into stupid slut mode and asked roommate directly with words and no touching, if he would like a handjob to relieve some midterm stress

-He said with no hesitation he wasn't interested

-He has a religious family and may or may not be a virgin or just prudish.

-Husband texted him explaining our open relationship and that I'm a dumb slut and that if he wanted to, he could either move or stay and forget everything happened

-Roommate feels uncomfortable to the point that he packs an overnight bag and stays at a friend's place

-Hubby and I talk all day about the pros and cons of having him as a roommate

-To sum it up, not very worth it when it comes to sacrificing our mental health and lowkey marriage

-Hubby and I never had much privacy throughout our whole marriage, but now we are at a comfortable place fiancially

-So we decided to not rent our rooms out for the spring semester and rent them out maybe in the fall

-Ran into our roommate and had a talk about it and he said he wanted to stay and forget about it

-I basically explained it would be more convenient for him to live closer or on campus since all his friends and work is there

-I also added that as a married couple, having more privacy would be nice (especially after that 4x creampie as punishment story)

-The biggest pro for him leaving would be the ability for us to bring hookups over to our house anytime!! (and also get my slutty sanity back)

-I told him there were no hard feelings and that he could take his time moving but by Dec 31 would be a general deadline. We also offered to help move his furniture.

-He will be gone probably 2-3 weeks out of the 6 weeks left until the end of the year on break

-Soon, Hubby and I are road-tripping across the country to visit family on the West Coast

-We will definitely explore our kinks, fantasies, and other people on this road trip lol

-Another random note is that we want to make music so having an empty non-judgment zone house is super helpful for that (we are creatives into many artistic hobbies)
