My first session is in the bag đź I am now a patient of Athens Electrolysis. I took two 200mg ibuprofen at 1pm my appointment started at 1:45pm. I used lidocaine 4% from Walmart. I really liked the lady who was doing my treatment(the business owner) she assured me she had worked with transgender MtF patients who eventually got srs surgery. She also agreed to work with my insurance. She had posters( graphics ) showing what areas to target for srs surgery prep. She also asked me to let her know when I pick a surgeon so we can find out exactly which areas that specific surgery wants to target. I can not recommend her enough. I will say I had her give me the info for a compound cream Iâll have to have my PCP call in a prescription for as itâs stronger than anything over the counter. The pain wasnât what I expected honestly the âelectroâ part the âshockâ was like nothing at all. The tweezing of the hair afterwards⌠thatâs the painful part! If you want to know what this will feel like just grab some tweezers and pull out your hairs with it thatâs exactly what it feels like. If I can do it anyone can! You got this !
