Arm Popping During Hammer Curls

Just incase somebody ran into this same issue I did, here's how I fixed it. I started massaging my forearm and wrist and within 5 minutes it went away. For the next few days I'd randomly massage it and release tension in it and after a while I didn't have to anymore.

I'm not a scientist but my guess is that the nerves are being pinched in the arm during that exercise and massaging the muscles around it allow them to relax and the nerve not get pinched. Let me know if this works for you!
