Evenings like tonight make me feel incredibly popular. My kitten came to me for reassurance after a long day. I spent over an hour on a video call with my bird as the Italian household she's visiting happily carried on around her. 😄 And a woman who came and visited me 18 years ago saw on the news that we've had rough flooding in parts of town, wanted to ask if I & mine were safe.

I'm just a guy. 🤷 Like, 7 in the looks department if one is being generous. But I pull, somehow, and I leave an impression. I tell people I'm currently in three relationships and they're like, "I don't mind being #4!"
