OP was pretending to be a foreign exchange student, and building up a fake post history, first with generic posts in subreddits where they can get easy attention and karma with fake sob stories or fake positivity posts, then in location specific subreddits asking about how to find guys or food, and then moving on to sexual posts for attention. They'll have "pics" that were stolen from social media profiles (with NSFW pics that were stolen from elsewhere) that aren't easily reverse searched.

They're just trying to get you to look at their profile, and look at their (locked) pinned post where they're asking for "donations" via Cashapp or bitcoin or some other untraceable unrefundable payment method.
