I saw a man getting severely assaulted by another man on a bicycle. While I was calling the police, the employees were filming from inside the building and laughing. The dude who beat him up rode his bicycle over the dudes chest and stopped with the front wheel on his chest. Drove over his unconscious body. Then took off.... And the employees LAUGHED AND FILMED IT!! The dude was beaten unconscious for over ten minutes. He obviously had a concussion. The dude tried to get back up but was so disoriented, that his pants fell off and he wandered away and police went searching for him. And the employees...... LAUGHED AND FILMED IT!!
